start in Grand Junction and end in Moab

COPMOBA’s annual guided Kokopelli Spring bike tour

The 2024 Kokopelli Tour has been canceled. If you are interested in riding in a future tour, please email us.

Come join COPMOBA, the group responsible for the creation of the iconic Kokopelli Trail in 1989, and enjoy mountain biking 152 miles on the world-famous Kokopelli Trail from Grand Junction to Moab on singletrack trails and jeep roads through flowering desert canyons along the beautiful Colorado River. While there are several other tour companies you can choose from to help you experience the Kokopelli Trail, the COPMOBA ride offers the best value and all proceeds are used to build and maintain singletrack trails in western Colorado!

COPMOBA built the Kokopelli Trail over 30 years ago, and has been offering a guided ride every May as a fundraiser for the nonprofit. This ride has been referred to as the “Tour de Bloom” due to the amazing desert and cactus colors along the route in May.

Considering the ride? Want more information on how hard it is or what it really entails? Please read “A Personal Experience” from a past tour participant to learn more.
