Trails in the Grand Valley of Western Colorado

Trail Reporting at COPMOBA! Click on any trail area below to see a description of that trail area, as well as the trails associated with that area, their description and condition.

Most Trails are dry and ready to ride.  There may still be some soft or even muddy spots in the shade and north facing areas.  Please don't make a new trail around the mud.  If it's too muddy to ride, turn around and choose a different trail.  Thanks for you consideration!

Current Conditions: Lunch Loops - Tabeguache

Click here for a map of the Lunch Loops area map (pdf)
Local area trail system, only a couple of miles from downtown Grand Junction. Easy to access, catch a quick ride, and back to town; hence the name 'Lunch Loops'.

This area is popular with hikers and bikers; watch for folks on foot with dogs, mostly close to the parking areas. Bikes have the higher areas mostly to themselves due to the distance.

We've had recent snow, and warmer temperatures. It's going to be a muddy mess!
