COPMOBA is seeking a full-time Executive Director (ED) to grow and lead the organization from a volunteer-led organization to a professional nonprofit. The ED will be COPMOBA’s primary advocate and administrator, responsible for advancing the organization’s mission and ensuring its long-term sustainability. The ED provides strategic leadership, executes and guides organizational fundraising, drives community and stakeholder engagement, oversees operations, and supports a passionate team of staff, contractors, and volunteers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and has experience in nonprofit management. This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, community-based environment and wants to make a lasting, positive impact on the organization.
