May the Trails be with you! - COPMOBA May 2026 News

Executive Director Update -
At COPMOBA, we say it all the time—trails don’t build themselves, and thankfully, neither does

this community.

This spring has been packed with good dirt, big ideas, and a whole lot of people showing up to

make things happen. From trail work and park projects to community events and volunteer days, it’s been awesome to see so many people

pitching in to help shape the future of riding on the Western Slope.

Whether you’ve grabbed a shovel at Lunch Loops Bike Park, raced in the RAD Race or the High Voltage Hustle, cheered on riders at Rides and Vibes, or just stopped by to say hi at one of our Stoke Nights, you’re part of what makes this community so special.

COPMOBA has always been about more than trails, it’s about the poeple who ride and care for them.

We’re especially stoked to see more people getting involved in everything from trail maintenance to adaptive sccess initiatives and new bike park projects like the Baldridge Bike Park.

The excitement around making trails more welcoming, more sustainable, and more fun for everyone, keeps growing—and that’s because this community keeps showing up with ideas, tools, and a willingness to get their hands dirty.
