The premier hotdog eating contest, endurance mountain bike race, and charity fundraiser.

The Hotdogger is a mountain bike race and hotdog eating contest taking place on Sept. 26th, 2026, from sunrise to sunset, in Fruita, CO. It is a non-profit event to benefit the Colorado Plateau Mountain Bike Trail Association.

Registration for The Hotdogger will open on June 7th, 2026 at 5pm MST

Come help address maintenance issues from 9:00am-4:00pm
We will be meeting at the Lunch Loops Trailhead.

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED TO OCTOBER 10, 2026 from 9 AM–12 PM to celebrate the K2 Play trail with a ribbon cutting and a morning on the trails!

• Ride the trail and enjoy K2 Play.

• Join a dig day to help prep the trails for the upcoming Hotdogger event.

We’ll meet in the main parking lot. Lunch will be provided at noon following the event.
