Spring Stoke is Here: Events, Energy, and Building What’s Next

COPMOBA couldn’t be more excited to bring the community together for a stacked lineup of events that celebrate bikes, trails, and the people who make it all happen.

🌟MUT Stoke Night (April 23)🌟
Kick things off with our MUT Chapter at Stoke Night on April 23rd. This is your chance to connect with fellow riders, hear what’s ahead for the season, and get inspired to dig in—literally.
The MUT crew continues to do incredible work in the Montrose area, and this night is all about building momentum and community around that effort. They have a special announcement and a fun raffle. We will see you at Pomona Brewing at 6 pm.

🌟Fruita Bicycle Block Party (May 2nd)🌟
We’re excited to be part of the Fruita Bike Block Party, a community-wide celebration of bikes, trails, and the incredible riding culture that makes this area so special. Expect a lively atmosphere, great people, and plenty of reasons to stick around and celebrate.

🌟RAT Opening Season Night (May 1)🌟
The RAT trails are ready to roll, and we’re celebrating the start of the season on May 1st. Join us for RAT Opening Season Night to reconnect with the trails, meet other riders, and get fired up
for months of riding ahead. It’s the perfect way to welcome back longer days and dirt under your tires.

🌟2nd Annual High Voltage Hustle (May 2)🌟
Looking for a little friendly competition? The High Voltage Hustle on May 2nd brings the spark. Expect a fun, fast-paced event that keeps the energy high and the smiles wide—whether you’re racing or just soaking it all in. We will see you at the Electric Hills Trailhead.

🌟Rides & Vibes + Community Crit (May 8–9)🌟
Mark your calendars—Rides & Vibes is back May 8th and 9th, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most exciting weekends of the season. We’re especially stoked to be hosting the Community Crit. No need to register, just show and ride with our community. Costumes are encouraged and stoke is required.
And yes—we’ll be running the main beer tent all weekend long. Good rides, great racing, and cold drinks?
That’s our kind of vibe. We are looking for a few volunteers to help pour beer - you can sign up here.

🌟Dual Slalom Race at Lunch Loops (May 15th)🌟
We’re also thrilled to partner with Grand Valley Youth Cycling to host a Dual Slalom Race on the brand-new course at the Lunch Loops Bike Park. This event is more than just a race—it’s a glimpse into the future of the bike park and what’s possible when community comes together to build something special. Even better? All proceeds from this race go directly toward the continued development of the Lunch Loops Bike Park (LLBP).

🌟8th Annual RAT Race (June 6th)🌟
Don’t miss the RAT Race on June 6th—a community favorite that brings riders together for a fun, competitive day on the Ridgway Area Trails. It’s the perfect mix of challenge and camaraderie, and a great way to keep the momentum rolling into summer.

🌟Come Be Part of It🌟

This is what COPMOBA is all about—community, stewardship, and creating incredible places to ride. We hope to see you out there, whether you’re digging, riding, racing, or raising a glass in support.
